These Terms govern your engagement with S7 Digital services. By proceeding with a project, you agree to these Terms.
Deliverables, timeline, and pricing are confirmed in writing via email before work begins. Nothing outside that agreement is included unless confirmed in writing.
50% deposit required before work begins. Remaining 50% due on delivery. Files and credentials are not transferred until payment is received in full. All amounts in USD.
All plans include unlimited revisions within the original agreed scope. Changes that expand scope may require a separate quote - we always notify you before additional charges apply.
Please provide required content, images, or feedback within 7 days of being asked. You confirm you own or have rights to all materials you supply.
Upon full payment, you own the design and custom code created for your project. We may show completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise before launch.
The 50% deposit is non-refundable once work has started. If you are unsatisfied after revisions, we will work in good faith to resolve it.
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
