2. Data when you visit the site
When you open the site, our hosting provider automatically processes technical data such as your IP address, date and time, the page requested, and your browser type. This is needed to deliver the site securely and reliably. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a safe, working website.
3. Hosting
This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, USA. Data may be transferred to the USA. Vercel processes the data on our behalf under appropriate safeguards (EU Standard Contractual Clauses and, where applicable, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework). The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure, working website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
4. Fonts
The fonts used on this website are served locally from our own server. No connection is made to Google or any other third party, and no IP address is transmitted to a third party.
5. Contact form and email
If you use our form, your details (such as name, email, message) are sent to us through the service Formspree (Formspree, Inc., USA) so we can handle your request. Formspree acts as our processor; data may be transferred to the USA under Standard Contractual Clauses. If you email us directly, we process your email data to reply. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR. We keep this data only as long as needed to handle your request and to meet statutory retention periods.
6. Chat feature
You can send us messages through the chat on the site. The content of your message is sent to Groq, Inc. (USA), which generates a reply for us; data may be transferred to the USA. Please do not enter sensitive data in the chat. The chat history is stored only locally in your browser (local storage) and is not kept permanently on our side. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
7. Booking
To book a call we use the service Picktime. If you book a time, the data you enter is processed by Picktime under their own privacy terms. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR.
8. Cookies and local storage
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. For functions such as language selection and the chat history we use your browser's local storage. This data stays on your device, is not transmitted to us, and serves only to run the site. We do not track your behaviour.
9. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete and restrict the processing of your data, to data portability, and to object (Art. 15 to 21 GDPR). Just contact nick@s7digital.info. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection authority; the one responsible for us is Der Hessische Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit, Postfach 3163, 65021 Wiesbaden, Germany.
