1. Scope
These terms apply to all contracts between Hans Peter Thomsen, trading as S7 Digital ("we"), and our customers for the creation and design of websites and related services.
2. Services
We build websites and landing pages for local businesses and provide related services such as setting up your visibility on Google. The exact scope follows from the individual offer.
3. Offer and contract
Our offers are non-binding. A contract is formed when we confirm a request or begin the work.
4. Prices and payment
The prices stated in the offer apply. As a small business under section 19 of the German VAT Act, we do not charge or show VAT. A 50 percent deposit before we start and the remaining 50 percent on delivery is standard, unless agreed otherwise.
5. Your cooperation
To deliver quickly we need your content (such as text, images, logo) and your feedback. If these are delayed, the delivery time extends accordingly.
6. Delivery time
Stated delivery times (such as 3 to 5 business days) are guide values and start once we have all the content we need.
7. Usage rights
On full payment you receive the rights to use the website we created for the agreed purpose.
8. Liability
We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence and for harm to life, body or health. Otherwise we are liable only for breach of essential contractual duties and limited to the foreseeable, typical damage.
9. Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. At your express request we may begin the work before the withdrawal period ends.
10. Final provisions
German law applies. If any provision is invalid, the rest of the contract remains valid.
